Mussel Beach – Important Changes (October 2020)

Our website is currently undergoing changes to reflect the new direction of the campground.

Mussel Beach Wilderness Campground will be changing its name to Mussel Beach Private Getaway. We will no longer be offering daily camping.

We will be offering 5 Glamping huts to be booked directly through the website using Airbnb or Seasonal camping (from May 15th to September 30th) for recreational use only.

If you are interested in a seasonal site you may email us directly at musselbeachcamp@gmail.com.

Thank you for your patience while we undergo these changes.

Camper Reviews

Read What Our Campers Thought

“If you are thinking about staying at mussel beach, just do it! When you arrive there and see the stunning ocean view you will immediately know that it was the right decision. All the camping spaces have their individual Charme and are just beautiful. The amenities are super clean. You can collect some mussel for your dinner, take a nice walk along the beach and explore some caves, watch the eagles flying over your head or just relax in the sun.”

August 2019

“We were fortunate enough to experience Mussel beach with beautiful views over the ocean. Our campsite was a beachfront site with bald eagles living above us. Every morning we could step out of our tents and enjoy the sound of waves and watch the activity on the beach and ocean while having a cup of coffee. We enjoyed the evening with big camp fires as well.  If you are looking for a relaxed, wilderness experience and camping right on the beach, we would highly recommend Mussel Beach Campground.”
